Amrit L. Jain Memorial Scholarship

The Amrit L. Jain Memorial scholarship was established in loving memory of Amrit L. Jain by his family to commemorate his passion for education. Amrit earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology and earned his Masters in Civil Engineering at the University of Waterloo. The family immigrated to the U.S. and finally settled in Houston in 1981. All three of his children graduated from the The University of Texas at Austin and remain dedicated Longhorns.
