Betty Nguyen Scholarship

Outstanding Young Texas Ex Betty Nguyen, BJ ’95, Life Member, created this scholarship to help promote diversity and journalism excellence at the University. Betty is an Emmy award-winning journalist with experience at both the local and network levels. The award benefits a deserving minority student, with preference given to an Asian-American broadcast journalism major.
