Bitsy and Harold D. Carter McCombs Dean's Scholarship

Harold Dee Carter graduated from The University of Texas with a BBA in Petroleum Land Management in 1962. he is current serving as Principal of HDBC Investments, Ltd. Mr. Carter is a Life Member of the Texas Exes. Harold and Bitsy (formerly, Betty H. Ruth) met at the University of Texas in 1958 and married in 1960. Bitsy is also a Life Member of the Texas Exes.
