Cain, Denius, McGill Family Forty Acres Scholarship

There are no stronger supporters of The University of Texas at Austin, the Texas Exes and higher education in the state of Texas than the Cain, Denius and McGill families.

Frank Denius served as president of the Texas Exes from 1964-66 during a crucial time in the Association’s history. Through Denius’ leadership, the Association was able to obtain its current location at 2110 San Jacinto Boulevard, across the street from Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium. He was also instrumental in the expansion of the Alumni Center in 1989 and 2010. Denius is known as the #1 Texas Ex. His other interests at UT include athletics and the Normandy Scholars Program.

All three of these families have an uncompromising interest in helping deserving students attend The University of Texas at Austin in hopes they will become the future leaders of our society.
