Frank and Mollie Maresh Challenge Grant Scholarship
Frank Maresh, BBA ’61, MPA ’63, Life Member, and Mollie Maresh, of Hunt, created this scholarship to provide opportunities to a Hispanic student who plans to study accounting. Frank is retired vice-chairman of the board of directors of KPMG Peat Marwick and is a distinguished alumnus of the McCombs School of Business. He is a consultant, investor, and owner in numerous private enterprises and serves on several boards of directors. Mollie is a custom homebuilder and past president of the Hill Country Home Builders Association. They are active members of their community and strong supporters of the Texas Exes and the University. The scholarship is for four years of undergraduate study for a deserving Hispanic entering freshman who is admitted to the McCombs School of Business and declares accounting as their major after 30 hours.
