Gene Woodfin Prize

The Gene Woodfin Prize was created in 1974 with a gift of $20,000 to provide scholarships benefitting students in the College of Business Administration and the School of Law at the University of Texas at Austin. The income from the gift is to be used for annual Woodfin prizes. Over the years the criteria applied is as follows; the prize will benefit upper level students in the College of Business Administration and the School of Law based on overall merit, integrity, leadership ability, ambition and other indicators of excellence.
