Joe R. and Teresa Lozano Long Forty Acres Scholarship

Joe R. Long, BA ’51, LLB ’58, and Teresa Lozano Long, BS ’48, MEd ’51, EDd ’65, are well known for their philanthropic endeavors that benefit the arts and education. In addition to this scholarship, the Longs have contributed more than $2 million to create Texas Exes scholarships.

Joe and Teresa are Life Members of the Texas Exes, Distinguished Alumni of the University and have been major benefactors to the Texas Exes and The University of Texas at Austin.
