Leon Maner Memorial Scholarship

Business and civil leader Leon Maner of Cisco attended the University from 1909 to 1911. He left an estate in trust to the Texas Exes upon his death in 1968 to provide scholarships for exceptional graduates of either Cisco High School or Cisco Junior College who show leadership, ambition, and high moral character.
