Maclin Family

S. Todd and Diana Maclin established the Maclin Family scholarship for students pursuing a higher education degree at the University of Texas at Austin. This scholarship is designed to (1) provide ongoing mentorship from the Maclin family, (2) help remove financial barriers for Black students from the Dallas/Fort Worth area seeking a world-class education from the McCombs School of Business at the University. A quality education, together with mentoring from experienced business school alumnus can support financial and social mobility for traditionally underrepresented students. This scholarship helps provide the resources students need to be successful at the University, and after graduation when they move into their business careers. Not only do they provide substantial financial support, they also connect students to the powerful alumni network of the Texas Exes and the Maclin family for ongoing mentorship.
