Patricia Ellen Tapper Soffer Memorial Scholarship

Steven I. Soffer, JD ’80, established this scholarship in memory of his wife, Patricia Ellen Tapper Soffer, BS ’72, who studied elementary education. The scholarship supports an undergraduate student in the College of Education at the sophomore level or above, with preference given to elementary education majors.
