Robert J. "Bob" Pesek Scholarship

This scholarship was set up in memory of Robert J. “Bob” Pesek, BBA ’47, Life Member, by his five children to honor his memory and pay tribute to his long-time love of the University of Texas. Born in Sweet Home, Texas, his college years were interrupted by the outbreak of World War II before returning to the university to complete his degree. Pesek was a prominent business and civic leader in Hallettsville, Texas. Bob and his wife, Molly, had five children, all of whom graduated from the University of Texas: Tom, BS ’75; Marianne, BA ’76; Judy, BS ’78; Connie, BS ’81; and Joyce, BS ’87.
