DeLores Harris Legacy Leaders Scholarship

For an entering undergraduate, in-state African American student who displayed active participation in extracurricular activities while in high school. This scholarship is renewable for up to four years as long as the recipient remains a full-time student and maintains a 3.0 GPA.
