Shelby County Chapter/Oates Brothers Scholarship

For deserving students who demonstrate financial need, academic achievement and moral character. First preference will be given to entering freshmen or transfer students who are graduates of a Shelby County, Texas high school. Second preference will be given to entering freshmen or transfer students who are graduates of a high school in San Augustine, Panola or Sabine Counties. The scholarship will fund four years of undergraduate study as long as the recipient maintains at least a 2.5 grade point average.
