Alisa Manning Peppers Emerging Leader Scholarship

For an entering African American freshman with financial need from Houston, Texas. Recipients will display exceptional leadership qualities in extracurricular activities and the community. The scholarship may be renewed by the recipient for one year provided that he or she maintains a 2.75 grade point average.
