For deserving entering freshmen from a public high school in Gregg County, Texas (Kilgore, Spring Hill, Gladewater, Sabine, Longview, Pine Tree, White Oak) and/or Marion County, Texas (Jefferson) who will attend the University of Texas at Austin and demonstrate academic achievement, character and leadership.
