Lynn Dreyer Spence Scholarship

For entering freshmen with financial need from Willacy County, Texas. Second preference is for a student from Cameron County, and third preference is from Hidalgo County. The scholarship is renewable for up to four years as long as the recipient maintains a 2.5 GPA.
