Phanta "Jack" Phoummarath Endowed Scholarship

For a UT student entering their sophomore year at the University of Texas at Austin who will help promote alcohol awareness on campus to educate other students about the dangers of hazing and alcohol abuse. Interested students must apply by March 1 of their freshman year.. The recipient must participate as an active member of the University’s Alcohol and Drug Peer Education Program (or subsequent themed program should the formal name change). To receive the scholarship for a second and subsequent years, the student must have effectively participated in UT’s Alcohol and Drug Peer Education Program and be recommended by University Health Services and the Dean of Students Office.
