Harley Clark Scholarship

For current student body presidents of The University of Texas at Austin. The scholarship will be awarded to the student body president during the fall and spring semesters of service. In the event that the president does not fulfill his or her term, the scholarship will benefit the student assuming the duties of president. In the event there is no student body president, the scholarship will be awarded to a deserving current student who has demonstrated outstanding leadership to the University of Texas at Austin.
