For an undergraduate, female student who is enrolled in Plan II, has declared a second major in STEM, is a Texas resident, and has demonstrated academic excellence. This scholarship is renewable as long as the recipient remains a full-time student and is making satisfactory progress towards his or her degree, maintain at least a 2.5 GPA
