James Neal Blanton, Jr. Memorial Challenge Grant Scholarship

For deserving African American or Hispanic entering freshmen admitted to UT’s College of Engineering who demonstrate academic excellence and financial need. The scholarship will fund four years of undergraduate study as long as the recipient remains enrolled as a full time student in UT’s College of Engineering and maintains at least a 2.5 grade point average.
