Rio Grande Valley Scholars Program

The Rio Grande Valley Scholars Program is a community-driven effort by alumni and friends who are community leaders from the Upper, Mid and Lower Rio Grandy Valley and who value the longstanding relationship the area has with The University of Texas. This program makes a college education possible for some of the Valley’s most deserving students.
