Rio Grande Valley Scholars Program

For deserving entering freshmen from a high school in Cameron, Hidalgo, Starr, or Willacy County and demonstrates strength in academics, leadership and community service. There is a preference for financial need. The scholarship is renewable provided the recipient is a full-time student and maintains a cumulative 3.0 grade point average.
