S.A. and Viola Garza Challenge Grant Scholarship

For outstanding entering freshmen with academic accomplishments and financial need who are both Native Texans and Mexican Americans; one or both parents should also be a Native Texan and a Mexican American. The student must major in civil or environmental engineering at The University of Texas at Austin. The scholarship will fund four years of study as long as the recipient remains enrolled as a full time student in civil or environmental engineering and maintains at least a 2.5 grade point average.
