Bill Garrett Memorial Scholarship

For deserving entering freshmen with first preference given to students graduating from any Waller County Texas high school- Waller High School, Hempstead High School and Royal High School in Brookshire. Special consideration will be given to student majoring in engineering. With a minimum of 2.5 GPA, the scholarship can be continued for another three years.
